Children's Relief
International Children's
Relief Internaional has a two fold mission, Child Sponsorship and Mission Trips
|
 Child sponsorships are an
effective way of reaching and helping children who live in stubborn poverty. By becoming a
sponsor, you have an opportunity to directly touch a child's life, not only changing it for
the better but also giving the child the chance to know the God who loves them.
Children's Relief International has three sponsorship programs: Ray of Light sponsorships in
Mozambique, Mayatima sponsorships in Kenya, and Rajah Children's Home sponsorships in southern
India. Each provides an aid package that is unique to the location, but all with the same goal: to
provide a better life for the children and a chance for them to learn about Jesus Christ.

|

We conduct teams each year to each of our projects that
are invariably life-changing experiences, both for the team members and for those they serve. We
believe the best short-term mission team experiences occur when three goals are kept in
mind.
To
serve: Team members are first and foremost servants who
want to make a difference in the world and are willing to step out of their comfort zone for
a time to help others less fortunate.
To
learn:Team members want a bigger view of the world, a better
understanding of what God is doing in our time, and how they might contribute to His
work.
To
share: Team members
share their experiences when they return home and by doing so encourage others to give and to
go.

"I would like to say
that you are welcome to my country, and especially to Dondo and into our home. We believe that we don't own
anything; what we have belongs to God. So we open the door for anybody to experience Jesus Christ and to know
what it means to serve Him. You are welcome to serve here and to learn, because Jesus Christ is going to
teach you something you could never learn if you didn't come here. He has something prepared for you, to
build yourselves, to build yourselves emotionally, to build your character, to build your knowledge, to build
your commitment."Pastor Cessito.
